Dear Medical Family,

We want to assure you that we take the health and safety of our community, patients, and office staff very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be limiting our practice hours. Please sign up for our newsletter and our text messages to stay updated (Text "drvital" to 31996).

We are converting the majority of our visits to Televisits, to protect those who work with us, our customers, and the public. Our office will be in contact with you to confirm that you are able to connect through your phone or computer.

We will also accommodate those who are unable to connect, or need to be seen in person. Please note in the case of an emergency, dial 911 for immediate medical help.
